The second floor apartment is with 3 bedrooms and a double sofabed, and the 127 sqm easily sleeps either a large family or two smaller ones. The balcony is 25 sqm and offers you an undisturbed spot with a wonderful ocean view. In the garden, you have your own 22 sqm private terrace.

With all electrical appliances and the apartment furnished in solid and high quality materials, you have the perfect conditions for a lovely holiday. The rest is up to you.

The apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, free WiFi, SAT TV, air conditioning, central vacuum cleaning system (allergy friendly) and floor heating (for winter use). Furthermore, you have your own private terrace in the garden and free access to the pool. The pool is with saltwater and is shared with the other apartments on the estate.
